Project description
This project involved the execution of a comprehensive work order for the construction of residential facilities for 660 MW Unit staff (1 × 660 MW). The scope of work included the construction of multiple building types along with complete electrification and firefighting systems.
The project comprised:
A Type Bungalows: 03 Nos.
C Type Staff Quarters: Stilt + 6 Floors, 01 Building comprising 24 tenements
D Type Staff Quarters: Stilt + 6 Floors, 03 Buildings comprising 72 tenements
E Type Staff Quarters: Stilt + 6 Floors, 05 Buildings comprising 120 tenements
The entire project was successfully executed by our group firm, Raka Realties, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and timely delivery.
